GCU Re-auditions

Following a successful audition when you join GCU, you will be re-auditioned typically every 3 years. This is to ensure that we maintain the very highest standards as a choir.

You will be advised by the GCU Membership Secretary as to when your re-audition is due.

Re-auditions will be held with the Music Director and you will be required to prepare a piece of music to sing. This piece should demonstrate your ability to sing a vocal melody line. You will also be given some aural tests and vocal exercises e.g scales and arpeggios. 

The Membership Secretary will contact you to advise you of the outcome of your re-audition shortly after the re-audition has been held.
